Life Coaching is a dynamic relationship where, you and the coach will discover the real goals and outcomes you want to have come to fruition. After that you get into the next phase which is to uncover what the obstacles, barriers and stops you might have that is blocking your progress towards the realisation of your goals/outcomes.

Here are a few common stops or obstacles people experience:

1) These could be negative thought patterns e.g. “I can’t do this” or “I’m not good enough, who will listen to me”, etc.

2) These could also be negative emotions such as fear, anxiety or anger etc which pops up and hinders you from living at your peak.

b) Unocver what the obstacles and stops are – and then eliminating them. A person will feel a great sense of freedom and excitement when their obstacles and stops are gone.

c) Create the necessary actions steps, habits and behaviours to achieve the outcome set.
